This established garden estate with mature trees and shrubs is over an acre in size and was landscaped in stages over a period of three years.
Stage one of the project involved redesigning the gardens flanking the driveway of the property in a formal English style. The gardens are accented with sandstone edging and garden seating.
Stage two of the project involved a reevaluation of two large areas that surround the tennis court, including reconfiguring the access pathways to the garden studio and tennis court gazebo. The project included the demolition of a redundant aviary and the construction of an elevated lawn and garden area adjacent to the gazebo. Sandstone pathways were flanked by an avenue of Cliveas, Native Violets and established Camellias and illuminated by discreet garden lighting. |
